What we collect.
Waterline collects the information you choose to submit through our first-access and partner forms. That may include your contact details, home water, fishing frequency, organization, role, market, and message.
We use it to verify first-access requests, send the updates you requested, consider invitations, or reply to partnership inquiries. A first-access address remains pending for up to 48 hours while you verify it. Once verified, we retain the signup record until you ask us to remove it or the list is no longer needed. We do not sell your information. We use service providers only to operate the site and keep submissions only as long as needed for those purposes.
Waterline uses Cloudflare to protect forms, store pending and verified signup records, route submissions, and send transactional messages. First-access email ownership is confirmed through a one-time verification link. Partner inquiries receive an acknowledgement copy but are not added to an updates list.
Like most websites, our host may receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, and request time for security and reliability. To ask about your information, use the partner contact form and write “Privacy request” in your message.
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, referring sites, landing pages, device types, countries, and site performance. It does not use analytics cookies or track people across websites. Campaign links may also pass UTM labels and a referring hostname with a form submission so we can understand which outreach produced it.

The public site previews a game in development. Screens, locations, conditions, features, timing, and access may change. Joining a list does not guarantee access on a particular date.
Nothing here is live tide, weather, navigation, access, safety, or fishing-regulation guidance. You are responsible for current conditions, posted access, private property, and applicable laws whenever you go outside.
Waterline’s name, artwork, writing, interface, and other original material may not be copied or sold without permission. Links to other services are governed by their own terms.
